With over 35 years in estate agency, including reaching equity partner level at one of the UK’s most established firms, I’ve developed a deep and practical understanding of what it takes to be an effective and trusted property consultant. This experience has been built on strong client relationships, professional integrity and a genuine interest in people — not just property.

After many years in London’s fast-paced market, I moved to the Home Counties and noticed a striking difference. In the city, a property is often seen as an asset. In the countryside, a home is something far more personal — full of memories, meaning, and emotional weight. For many, the thought of moving can feel daunting, particularly for those going through significant life changes, or simply struggling to navigate modern processes alone.

I’ve seen first-hand how overwhelming selling a home can be — especially for older clients or those without nearby family support. What’s often needed isn’t just a good estate agent — it’s someone calm, capable and compassionate to manage the process from start to finish.

That’s why I created my bespoke Selling Management Service — to remove the stress and uncertainty so many people feel when selling their home, and to offer calm, honest guidance with their wellbeing at the centre of every decision.

More recently, I introduced the Property Audit — a focused service designed to identify exactly why an active sale isn’t progressing and provide clear, practical solutions. Whether you're just beginning the process or have hit a standstill, both services are built around the same goal: to give you clarity, confidence, and a way forward.
